    Default Your billing system sux-now I am suspended

    Some time ago, I got a notice that an automatic payment didn't go through. But I am not signed up for automatic payments. And I never got a bill. How can you turn off a site without ever billing someone? Besides, I think I am good until the end of August. Then again how would I be certain of the date, since you never sent me a bill? And better yet how about even a warning email saying that you will turn my site off? This was not kewl!

    I have been a customer for years and intended to stay for years more. And when I called, Robert would not turn my site back on until this was straightened out. That was not nice at all! Makes me seriously consider using downtownhost ever again. And I hardly used any disk space etc... So your company made even more money off me. Me and a handful of friends just used an "underground" area on the forum.

    Now that I think about it, your billing system was a mess years ago. So why is it still messed up now?

    Did you tried to contact us before? because if you did it, we already told you then that the billing system is working at client.downtownhost.com since March.

    Robert don't have access nor permission to turn your site back, open a help desk ticket and we will help you to fix this.
