The reason I ask is that only today, two fellow Web developers who use the hosting service from which I fled two years ago asked if I could recommend a hosting provider.
Plus, although I have already moved about 35 customers to DTH, I'm wondering if I should be moving any others.
In all honesty, the level of service I received last month on several server27 issues was what I would rate poor. It was extremely uncharacteristic, as I have been nothing but THRILLED with your support up until last month.
But I received what I consider unresponsiveness and poor service on several issues over several weeks. It made me wonder whether DTH might be going out of business, since poor service and unresponsiveness are common harbingers of that.
(I escalated my complaint and requested that you, Jorge, call me; but that never happened.)
I very sorry about the problems that you faced the past month on server27 however the issue was already resolved, we didn't got any report of any problem on that server for at least 15 days.
I was checking your tickets and honestly I may missing something because I don't see anything wrong on Sebastian's answers there,
